Section 1

General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the jjw8 platform and all of its associated services. By opening an account, logging in, or using any service on jjw8, the user is considered to have agreed to all of the terms described below.

1.1 Applicability of Terms

These Terms apply to all products and services on jjw8, including online betting, casino games, fishing games, slot games, and other entertainment activities. Separate terms may apply to specific products or promotional offers; in such cases, both sets of terms remain in effect, and the specific terms take precedence in the event of a conflict.

1.2 Language & Interpretation

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of a conflict with any translation or version in another language, the Bengali version shall be considered final. Where the meaning of any clause is unclear, jjw8's reasonable interpretation shall prevail.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

jjw8 services are available only to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. When opening an account, the user must confirm that they meet the minimum age requirement. jjw8 may request age verification documents at any time. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and deposited funds may not be returned.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, on the same device, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited. jjw8 reserves the right to forfeit all accounts and balances if this rule is violated.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being cancelled and deposited funds being forfeited. Any changes to information must be updated immediately through customer support.

Section 3

Account Verification & Security

3.1 Identity Verification

jjw8 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Before the first withdrawal or for large transactions, users may be asked to submit identity documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified time may delay the withdrawal process.

3.2 Password & Login Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their login credentials (username and password) confidential. Sharing login details with third parties is prohibited. If unauthorized access is suspected, jjw8 support must be notified immediately. Users are advised to change their password regularly.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jjw8 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks). Users must ensure that the payment method is registered in their name.

4.2 Minimum Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per method
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Typical withdrawal time: Within 1 hour

4.3 Withdrawal Process

A user's account must be fully verified before initiating a withdrawal. Funds are generally sent within 1 hour of a withdrawal request being submitted. However, slight delays may occur for bank transfers due to the recipient bank's processing time.

4.4 Third-Party Funds

Users may only use payment methods registered in their own name. Depositing from or withdrawing to a third-party account is prohibited. Transactions found to be in violation of this rule will be cancelled.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jjw8 offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳12,000 earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus carries a 10x wagering requirement, applied only to the bonus amount (not the combined total of deposit and bonus). Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Winnings earned using bonus funds may also be subject to the applicable wagering requirement.
• jjw8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If any fraud or manipulation is detected in connection with obtaining a bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

jjw8's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.3%; Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.7%; and Gold — weekly cashback of up to 1.0%. Members can progress to higher tiers through regular and active participation.

Section 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Policy

All bets placed on jjw8 are considered final. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. If a bet is processed incorrectly due to a technical error, jjw8 reserves the right to void or correct it.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sporting events including cricket, tennis, football, and kabaddi. All odds are set by jjw8 and may change depending on circumstances. jjw8 is not responsible for bets not being accepted due to internet disconnection during live betting.

6.3 Casino & Slot Games

jjw8's casino section features games from leading providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game has its own rules, which are available within the game interface. The game provider's rules apply for jackpots and special prizes.

6.4 Technical Issues

If a game or bet remains incomplete due to a server outage, internet disconnection, or any other technical reason, jjw8 will make every effort to resolve the matter correctly. In such situations, jjw8's decision shall be considered final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jjw8 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus abuse — attempting to obtain bonuses through artificial means.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting activity.
• Using bots, automated software, or any other technical method to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Harassing other users or spreading misleading information.
• Using jjw8's intellectual property without permission.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities above will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where necessary.

Limitation of Liability

8.1 Nature of the Service

jjw8 is an entertainment platform. There is a risk of financial loss in betting and casino games, and users are considered to be aware of this risk. jjw8 does not guarantee winnings and is not liable for any losses.

8.2 Limitation for Technical Disruptions

jjw8 is not liable for service unavailability caused by internet outages, server maintenance, third-party service issues, or any other uncontrollable circumstances. However, jjw8 is committed to ensuring uninterrupted service at all times.

8.3 Third-Party Content

The jjw8 platform contains content from third-party game providers. jjw8 is not fully liable for the accuracy or functionality of this content. However, jjw8 always works with quality providers to improve the user experience.

11.2 User Rights
